1. No purchase necessary. No purchase of any kind will increase your chances of winning.
2. To enter: When a trivia question is posted on www.nflplayers.com, submit your answer to the trivia question as instructed. Then, follow the instructions to submit your first name, last name, and email address. Multiple entries are not allowed. One entrant with the correct answer will be randomly selected from a pool of all entrants with the correct answer. Prize winners will be notified by NFLPLAYERS.COM. Employees, officers and directors of the NFL Players Association and its subsidiaries and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
3. No responsibility is assumed for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by a participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this online contest or by any human or technical error that may occur in the processing of the entries. The NFL Players Association and NFL Players, Inc. are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or media on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the trivia contest is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the NFL Players Association and NFL Players, Inc. which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, then the NFL Players Association reserves the right in its sole and unequivocal discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest due to any reason of a technical, creative or other nature.
4. One prize will be awarded each time a trivia question is posted on NFLPLAYERS.COM. Prize winners will need to furnish the NFL Players Association with their pertinent information such as shipping address (physical address is required, no P.O. Boxes accepted) within five (5) days of being notified via email by NFLPLAYERS.COM. If any prize winner is unreachable during the five day period, the prize winner will be disqualified. An alternate winner may be selected.
5. The total number of correct answers will determine odds of winning.
6. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, which are final in all matters relating to this contest.
7. Limit one (1) winner per trivia question.
8. NFLPLAYERS.COM will make arrangements for the fulfillment of all prizes. NFLPLAYERS.COM reserves the right in its sole and unequivocal discretion to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of comparable value. All prizes are non-transferable. By entering, the prize winners release the NFL Players Association and NFL Players, Inc. from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this contest. Noncompliance may result in disqualification. Prizes will be delivered via United Parcel Service or similar service with delivery confirmation. The NFL Players Association and NFL Players, Inc. are not responsible for lost, damaged, or defective prizes and no replacement prizes will be issued for any reason whatsoever.
9. The prize winners shall be solely responsible for all matters relating to the prize, including but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to their respective portions of the prize. Any prize winner with a mailing address outside the contiguous U.S. (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada) may be required to pay all shipping costs associated with delivery of the prize and refusal to pay such costs may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the sole discretion of the NFL Players Association.
10. The contest is open to all legal U.S. or Canadian residents who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. The contest is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
11. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, such entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the mobile device number submitted at the time of entry. ELIGIBILITY:

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The Grand Prize is a 2-day/1-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles which includes round-trip, coach airfare from a major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence, hotel accommodations for two (2) to be determined by NFL PLAYERS, and credentialed access for two (2) to the 2010 NFL PLAYERS Rookie Premiere. Estimated retail value is $2,000.00. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. All entrants providing name and mailing address will receive a collectible gift from NFLPA. Only one (1) collectible gift per entrant regardless of the number and method of entries. Limit three (3) collectible gifts per household (mailing address).
No prize transfer. There is no prize substitution or cash equivalent except Sponsor reserves the right to award prize determined by Sponsor to be of equal value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. Travel to and from Los Angeles must be completed between May 12, 2010 and May 19, 2010. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to airline and hotel availability and blackout dates and are subject to change. The Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The Grand Prize Winner must sign and return, within ten (10) days of notification: (1) an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity (where legal), and (2) an Acknowledgement and Consent. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g., a valid photo ID, visa, passport, etc.) prior to departure. Sponsor is not responsible for and assumes no liability for cancellation or unavailability of specific flights or hotels. Airline carrier’s regulations apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles. Meals, all gratuities and other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by the mobile device number provided. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact Grand Prize Winner within seven (7) days from time Grand Prize Winner is selected. If Sponsor is unable to reach Grand Prize Winner during this time frame or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, he/she will be disqualified. Noncompliance with Sweepstakes requirements or inability to travel during the designated time period will also result in disqualification of the Grand Prize Winner, and a Substitute Winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries.
RANDOM DRAWING:
The information connected with this Sweepstakes is being collected solely by MoGreet. The list of text and online entrants will be provided by MoGreet to Sponsor. MoGreet will select the Grand Prize Winner and Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, will fulfill all Sweepstakes prizes.
